Non-resident approval
Relay accepts non-resident US LLC owners with a formation certificate, EIN, valid passport and a real business website. Approval rates are lower than Mercury for very early-stage founders but higher for agencies with visible client work.

Application walkthrough
Sign up with your business email. Enter the legal entity details exactly as on your formation certificate. Complete the identity flow with your passport. Add your business website. Approval typically takes 1–5 business days.
