Career questions we hear a lot
Do you sponsor visas or relocation?
Most roles are remote or based in Karachi. For senior UK filing and compliance positions we can support UK Skilled Worker sponsorship on a case-by-case basis.
What if my role isn't listed?
Send an open application to info@entitymakers.com with the subject 'Open Application'. If we can't hire now, we keep strong applications on file for 6 months.
Do you hire junior candidates?
Yes. Around a third of our team joined in junior or trainee roles. Show us curiosity, writing ability and attention to detail and we'll invest in you.
What's your interview timeline?
From application to offer typically takes 2–3 weeks. We deliberately keep it short — long processes lose great candidates.
Is the pay tied to location?
We benchmark globally by role, not by geography. Two people doing the same work at the same level earn the same, regardless of where they live.
