Accessibility Statement

Entity Makers is committed to making entitymakers.com and our client portal accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability, device or assistive technology. Accessibility is a shared responsibility across design, engineering and content, and it is reviewed on every release.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Where we fall short we prioritise remediation and document known issues on this page.

Features currently implemented across the site include:

• Semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) on every page.
• Descriptive alt text on informational images.
• Sufficient color contrast against WCAG AA thresholds.
• Focus outlines preserved on all interactive elements.
• Responsive typography that scales up to 200% without loss of content.
• Motion-reduced experiences when the operating system prefers reduced motion.

All interactive elements — links, buttons, form fields, tabs and menus — are reachable and operable with a keyboard alone. Skip links are provided on longer pages.

The site is tested with NVDA, VoiceOver and TalkBack on the latest versions of Chrome, Safari and Firefox. Interactive components use ARIA attributes only where native semantics are insufficient.

Body text and interactive controls meet or exceed a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against the background. Meaningful information is never conveyed by colour alone.

Planned improvements include automated axe scans on every deployment, an accessibility audit by an external partner every 12 months, and a dedicated preferences panel for motion, contrast and font size.
